Another New Product from Superlit: GRP Double Wall Tank

Our GRP double-wall tank product which is used intensively for storage in the fuel sector and chemical industry has taken its place in our company’s product range. The double-wall tank provides additional security in the storage of products with economic value such as technology and fuel oil and in the storage of potentially polluting products in case of leakage. In addition, it detects the leak very quickly and warns the user through the warning sensors located between the walls. SUPERLIT manufactures the tank body with the most advanced technology of Continuous Filament Winding(CFW).  In this way, large capacity and quantity tank production can be provided very quickly and economically. Our products can be designed for both underground and aboveground use. The diameter range is between 1000 mm – 4000 mm, and the desired volume tank can be produced according to the project requirements.

Two different types of GRP double-wall diesel fuel tanks ordered by NEFKEN company to be used in Georgia were produced and delivered to our customer. The DN 2400 diameter tank has a capacity of 20 m³, and the DN 1000 mm diameter tank has a capacity of 2.5 m³. Fuel tanks are designed for above-ground use for diesel fuel storage.
