SUPERLIT DN 4000mm GRP PIPES PREFERED IN THE PROJECT OF TUNNEL REHABILITATION IN FRANCE

SUPERLIT GRP pipes have been preferred for the project with Diameter 4000 is in the region of Nantes, made by ETPO to rehabilitate a tunnel under the motorway that is allowing cars to go through it. The pipes have been succesfully delivered in Feb 2020 with a special oversize transportation from our factory in Malatya – Turkey.

Morocco’s King has visited the largest seawater desalination plants in the Mediterranean and African region which SUPERLIT is also a business partner.

Morocco's King Mohammed VI has launched the construction works of the irrigation network at Agadir’s seawater desalination station as a part of the new development strategy for the agricultural sector, called “Green Generation 2020-2030 and a national strategy for water and forests of Morocco.”
This project will make it possible to build the largest desalination plants in the Mediterranean and African region with an initial capacity of 275,000 cubic meters (m³) per day, including 150,000 m³ per day intended for drinking water and the rest will irrigate 15,000 hectares of land. The desalination plant also provides for the option of being operated on wind power promoting the drive towards the exploration of sustainable energy in Africa.
This very structuring and innovative project developed by an international company Abengoa in the Agadir region in partnership with the National Office of Electricity and Drinking Water (ONEE), BMCE Bank and SUPERLIT.

SUPERLIT Pipes is present in Europe One More Time: LIEMYR SMALL HYDROELECTRIC POWER PLANT PROJECT ; Tonstad, NORWAY

SUPERLIT GRP pipes and fittings with diameter DN1600mm, DN 1500mm and DN 1400mm, pressure class PN6 bar and stiffness class SN5000 were preferred for a Small Hydroelectric Power Plant in Norway. The installation was finalized in the year of 2019 in Tonstad, Norway. We just received this video about our project in Norway from our customer, and wanted to share it at once.

Ventilation problem in the highway tunnel is covered by a special designed SUPERLIT GRP composite pipes of 3.1 m diameter lined inside the vertical ventilation shafts with a diameter of 3.6 m. Ventilation shafts are located at 3 different points along the tunnel and height of the shafts are ranging from 150 m to 400 m .
When compared to conventional lining methods - smooth interior surface of SUPERLIT GRP composite tubes allows smaller cross sectional area for ventilation. In addition to that, high mechanical properties and lightweight structure provides fast and safe installation.The project also stands out as an extraordinary project with its installation methodology and special installation accessories designed on GRP pipes.
When the 2x14.5 km along Double-Tube Motorway Tunnel is completed, it will be the longest tunnel in Europe with this feature, and will be the second longest tunnel in the world.
