Supervision Service

At SUPERLIT, we take pride in offering comprehensive supervision services to ensure the seamless installation and optimal performance of our GRP pipes. Our Engineering Department supports our customers before and after sales, assisting them in the unloading, stacking, and laying processes of GRP pipes.

Project Department

Our Project Department, aware of the importance of using the right pipe for the right project, carefully examines each customer's project. They check the project's suitability for GRP pipes, prepare the necessary material list, and create custom fitting drawings. Additionally, they perform static, dynamic, and hydraulic calculations before the production phase to ensure the flawless execution of the project.

Supervision Department

Ensuring the continuity of quality from production to installation and commissioning is crucial for the smooth operation of pipeline systems. With this in mind, our Supervision Department conducts all quality control tests before the pipes are shipped to the site, oversees the unloading, stacking, and site movements of the pipes. They provide training to ensure the pipes are laid without damage and make observations in the field to recommend the best laying methods. They also offer consultancy during field trial tests.

Our Supervision Team consists of engineers trained in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, geology, and geophysics, as well as experienced technicians and technical staff. We provide uninterrupted services both domestically and internationally. Since 2008, we have continued our services with a diving team that can oversee underwater pipe laying projects.

SUPERLIT Academy and Technopark

Established in 2007, SUPERLIT Academy, in conjunction with the Technopark, provides theoretical and practical training to domestic and international installation teams. In these trainings, hundreds of installation personnel have been trained, and those who have successfully completed the training have been awarded certificates.
