Superlit Custom-Designed GRP Manholes Preferred in Konya OSB 6th Phase Expansion Area.

In the Konya Organized Industrial Zone (OSB) 6th Phase Expansion Area, custom-designed GRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic) manholes were preferred for stormwater pipeline infrastructure. A total of 240 manholes, ranging in diameter from DN2800 to DN1400, were specially designed according to the project’s requirements and site conditions, significantly accelerating the infrastructure work beyond the planned schedule.

Compared to standard manholes, these custom-designed GRP manholes offer numerous advantages, including hydraulic efficiency, no need for additional insulation, chemical resistance, prevention of sediment accumulation, ease of operation, long lifespan, and rapid installation.

This innovative solution enhances the reliability and sustainability of the region’s infrastructure system while introducing a modern and efficient approach to stormwater management in industrial zones.
