GRP (Glass Fibre Reinforced Polyester) pipes and fittings are supplied by SUPERLIT within the scope of the Edirne Meriç Irrigation Project, where 78 thousand decares of agricultural land will have modern irrigation within the framework of the State Hydraulic Works (DSİ), an institution affiliated to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, and TOKİ protocol.

Within the scope of the first section; SUPERLIT DN1500 mm to DN600 mm diameter GRP pipe and # attachment #assembly works of the 23 km pipeline, which started in June, are continuing. After the completion of the first stage in 2021, 28 thousand decares of land is planned to be opened to irrigation.

Within the scope of the project, SUPERLIT supervision service is provided continuously in the field.

With the implementation of the project, which will be distributed in the irrigation area by laying a total of 255 kilometres of pipeline, 78 thousand decares of agricultural land in Edirne Province, Centre and Tayakadın, Karakasım, Doyran, Üyüklütatar, Elçili, Orhaniye villages will have modern irrigation.
