Feb 11, 2026

The GRP jacking pipes to be used in the “Jaunmarupe Marupe Pump Station Project” in Riga, the capital of Latvia, have been successfully loaded. For the 189‑meter‑long line, GRP pipes with an OD860 mm diameter and produced using FW (Continuous Filament Winding) technology were specially manufactured by SUPERLIT for the project.

This project, which will be implemented using jacking technology, one of the trenchless installation methods, once again demonstrates SUPERLIT’s high engineering capability and international project experience. Designed specifically for jacking applications, the pipes offer high performance under challenging ground conditions while ensuring maximum efficiency throughout their service life thanks to their long lifespan and maintenance‑free structure.

SUPERLIT continues to strengthen its reputation in the sector through innovative solutions and on‑time delivery capabilities for infrastructure projects worldwide. We are proud to take part in this project in Riga with our customer‑focused approach and technical support tailored to project‑specific needs.
