Material Purchase Contract signed between DSİ and SUPERLIT for Bolu Seben Taşlıyayla Pond

The GRP Pipe procurement tender contract for Bolu Seben Taşlıyayla Pond Irrigation Project was signed between DSİ 5th Regional Directorate Mr. Murat ALP and SUPERLIT on 17.05.2021. Dr. Murat ALP and SUPERLIT was signed on 17.05.2021 at the 5th Regional Directorate of State Hydraulic Works.
With the completion of the irrigation project, it is aimed to irrigate 32 thousand 800 decares of agricultural land with the water to be stored in Seben Taşlıyayla Pond and to contribute 26 million TL annually to the national economy according to 2021 prices.
Within the scope of the contract, approximately 9.5 km SUPERLIT (Glass Fibre Reinforced Polyester) GRP Pipe and fittings in DN 1200mm - DN 1600mm diameters will be supplied to the project.
SUPERLIT is the only pipe manufacturer in Turkey capable of producing glassfiber reinforced polyester (GRP) pipes using three different technologies: 'Continuous Filament Winding', 'Centrifugal Casting', and 'Helical Filament Winding'.
