As a result of the works started in October 2017, the installation of the 2nd line to produce glass fibre reinforced polyester (GRP) pipes with continuous fibre winding (CFW) technology in our factory in Malatya was completed; DN600 and DN3400 mm diameter test pipe production was successfully completed. This new line, together with the other lines in Düzce Plant, became SUPERLIT's 4th continuous fibre winding (CFW) pipe production line in Turkey.

SUPERLIT is the only company in Turkey that can produce GRP pipes by centrifugal casting in addition to the continuous fibre winding method. In addition to its plants in Turkey, SUPERLIT also produces GRP pipes at its Buzau plant in Romania. Thus, SUPERLIT is one of the leading companies in the GRP pipe sector worldwide in terms of installed capacity.

With this new line, which can produce in the DN300 mm - DN3400 mm diameter range, our factory in Malatya is ready for new projects with its capacity expanding from DN300 mm to DN4000 mm diameter range.
