Konya Organised Industrial Zone is an important industrial area located between Ankara and Aksaray state roads, 20 km from the city centre. As a result of the tender held on 31 July 2024, Superlit Boru Sanayi A.Ş. has been awarded to supply a total of 12,760 metres of GRP pipes and sleeves between DN 2800-DN 1400 mm diameters to be used in the Section 6 Expansion Area storm water infrastructure project of Konya OIZ.

Superlit will use high-strength isophthalic resin and ECR glass fibre in the production of GRP pipes to be used in the project, and these pipes are aimed to exhibit superior durability against the most challenging environmental conditions. The completion time of the project has been determined as 200 calendar days and shipments are planned to start in October 2024.
