Superlit successfully completed another power plant project in Georgia

Georgia Akhalkalaki Hydroelectric Project consists of 2 separate power plants, AKH-1 and AKH-2. In AKH-1 line, a total of 3269 m GRP pipes and fittings, DN3000/PN10/SN5000 and DN2800/PN10/SN5000, were supplied by our company. The total installed power of AKH-1 is 7.5 MW.
In the AKH-2 line, a total of 1713 m GRP pipes and fittings, DN1200/PN10/SN5000, were used. The total installed capacity of AKH-2 is 1.6 MW. In July, field hydrotesting of DN1200 pipeline was tested at 7.5 bar. On 28.08.2022, field hydrotesting of DN3000 and DN2800 pipelines was successfully performed at 9.7 bar.
We are proud of the successful completion of the third hydroelectric project in Georgia in the last 4 years with Superlit GRP pipes.
