Superlit Boru Sanayi A.Ş. has successfully realised the first shipment of DN4000mm-DN3000mm reducers designed and manufactured in 10 units for use in Akkuyu NPP Sea Discharge Structures.

Turkey's largest diameter reducers, which will be used in the Akkuyu NPP project where GRP pipe installation depth is up to -50 m, will be installed on the seabed at a depth of -42 m. Designed with a long service life, these eccentric reducers will enable the diameter reduction of the diffuser structure and will be able to discharge directly with the DN450 riser on top. Superlit will break new ground in Turkey with DN4000mm-DN3000mm reducers in terms of long service life, large diameter transition, diffuser outlet and sea installation depth.
